At each location we will require a place to park (as level as possible, paved preferred) a 38 foot motorhome with 14 foot trailer. We would like a location to display the motorhome to draw attention to our exhibit.
As a full display requires four-five hours to setup we are looking for events of two days or longer. Display must be open to the public (FREE) and indoors..
OUR REQUIREMENTS
You provide
1- Lodging
2-Transportation (use of a vehicle) while at your event.
EXHIBIT REQUIREMENTS (for full display)
Display must be INSIDE and FREE to the PUBLIC
1- Secure display room 50 x 50 feet for full display -
2- Electricity and twenty (20) 8x3 or 6x3 tables -
3-Our display must be setup inside and secure when closed (Posted security or in locked room)
4-You must agree to ADVERTISE and PROMOTE our exhibit.
We had a bad experience in Coburg, OR in 2006 and we don't want to repeat it
